With over 15 years of learning, leadership development, organizational development, talent management and human resource experience Amy Rossi is committed to helping others develop the knowledge, skills, and desire to do great work every day. Amy graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Recreation Administration and a Minor in Dance and has completed coursework in Adult Education through George Mason University. She is an educator, creator and a positive realist and is currently the Vice President of Talent Management at MicroStrategy. One of her first loves was dance and she continue to find happiness on a dance floor.
